Hilda Denny
Who is Hilda Denny?
Artist, songwriter and coach with an international perspective on music, creativity and artist development.
With roots in Australia, Sweden and Lebanon, Hilda has had a deep connection with music from an early age. From writing her first song at 13 to working with successful producers and songwriters today, she has developed her own sound and a unique perspective on music, creativity and artist development. Today, she performs under the artist name DENNY and has recently signed a distribution deal with ADA/Warner Music through La Clique Music, while continuing to grow as an artist and work internationally as a songwriter.
Hilda's professional music journey began at the age of 18 when she was discovered by renowned Swedish producer and television personality Anders Bagge. Shortly after, she signed a management deal in Sydney, Australia, where she spent several years developing her songwriting, artistry and sound. Under her previous artist name, she released three EPs before launching her new project as DENNY, which has since accumulated over half a million streams.
In 2020, Hilda expanded her career into professional songwriting, working with RoastingHouse Music to write for the K-pop industry. This led to a close collaboration with former RedOne producer Novel Jannusi, who coached her in professional songwriting and international writing sessions for three years. During this time, she achieved her first major breakthrough as a songwriter with Nightwalker by TEN from the globally renowned K-pop group NCT, a song that has now surpassed 135 million streams.
Having travelled to more than 50 countries, Hilda draws inspiration from different cultures, people and life experiences, weaving those influences into both her music and the way she connects with others.
For more than six years, Hilda has coached singers, songwriters and artists at every stage of their journey. Her coaching takes a holistic approach where technique is an important foundation, but never the whole answer. By combining musical knowledge with a strong interest in personal growth, mindfulness and meditation, she helps her clients develop both their expression and confidence. For Hilda, growth isn't just about becoming a better singer or writing stronger songs, it's about finding your own voice, trusting your creative expression and creating music that feels genuine.
